Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing software or managing software development.
- Strong technical knowledge of software application development.
- Experience managing software development projects using Agile methodology.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and departments.
- Experience in delivery of complex enterprise-level software development projects.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a scientific environment.
- Define technical and functional requirements and quality control planning.
- Manage daily coordination of complex technical projects dealing with scientific and genomic data.
- Oversee software/system design, specifications, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Track milestones and produce deliverables.
- Balance risks, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with diverse technical skill sets.
- Advise senior management on technical issues and communicate project status to stakeholders.
