Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced union expertise
- Experience in third-party payroll or entertainment/film industry payroll strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Notion and Salesforce
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to document processes clearly and maintain SOPs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proactive approach to AI tooling
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end payroll remittance operations including corrections, reversals, overpayments, and contribution remittances
- Serve as an escalation point for complex union and agency issues
- Mentor team members on complex remittance and compliance matters
- Document and maintain SOPs
- Identify gaps in payroll operations processes and bring forward concrete recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally on payment and client funding questions and system testing
- Leverage AI tools to optimize operational workflows
