Requirements
- Experience supporting or servicing customers in the eCommerce marketing space
- Experience within a SaaS environment
- Prior SDR experience
- High volume Customer Success or Customer Support experience
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy with excellent computer skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with multi-tasking capability
- Comfortable driving negotiation conversations
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume, low-touch customer portfolio through shared inbox, live chat, and office hours
- Drive retention and expansion by proactively identifying churn risks and managing cost-based objections
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support upsell opportunities
- Identify opportunities to expand the client's suite of Triple Whale products
- Maintain deep understanding of products and the marketing landscape
- Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts and manage renewal pipeline
- Lead resolution strategies for risks
- Contribute to the improvement of the customer experience
