Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, or professional services.
  • 3+ years of people management including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Deep understanding of formative and/or interim assessments.
  • Experience with assessment types beyond formative/interim.
  • Experience working with district/school leaders and assessment coordinators.
  • Strong operational instincts to turn ad hoc work into repeatable processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation & onboarding for strategic and key accounts.
  • Deliver ongoing advisory & support including data coaching and usage reviews.
  • Manage assessment migration and content services with clear scoping.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors.
  • Operationalize intake, prioritization, and capacity models.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Service.
  • Translate field insights into product and content priorities.
