Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, or professional services.
- 3+ years of people management including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Deep understanding of formative and/or interim assessments.
- Experience with assessment types beyond formative/interim.
- Experience working with district/school leaders and assessment coordinators.
- Strong operational instincts to turn ad hoc work into repeatable processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation & onboarding for strategic and key accounts.
- Deliver ongoing advisory & support including data coaching and usage reviews.
- Manage assessment migration and content services with clear scoping.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors.
- Operationalize intake, prioritization, and capacity models.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Service.
- Translate field insights into product and content priorities.
