  • Proactive communication style

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and onboarding for assessment products
  • Deliver ongoing advisory and assessment data coaching
  • Execute assessment migration and content services
  • Manage portfolio of customer engagements end-to-end
  • Capture best practices in documentation and playbooks
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Product, and Content teams
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams
