Requirements

- Knowledge of formative or interim assessments
- Ability to explain assessment data to educators
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience solving complex problems with ambiguity
- Proactive communication style
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and onboarding for assessment products
- Deliver ongoing advisory and assessment data coaching
- Execute assessment migration and content services
- Manage portfolio of customer engagements end-to-end
- Capture best practices in documentation and playbooks
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Product, and Content teams
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams
