- Strong empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive client issues
- Home office setup including a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their tax issues, financial situation, and goals
- Review client-provided documents and system data to recommend customized resolution programs
- Own the full sales process from consultation to enrollment
- Build trust by listening to clients’ concerns and clearly explaining solutions
- Accurately record client interactions and financial information in CRM
- Meet or exceed sales goals through persistence and continuous improvement
