Requirements
- Exceptional command of the Danish language (both written and spoken) is essential
- A minimum English fluency of B2 is required
- Previous experience in customer service
- Preferably in delivery or logistics services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in Danish regarding delivery service inquiries
- Assist customers with order tracking
