Requirements
- Experience in pipeline management and forecasting methodology.
- Strong CRM operations background.
- Proven ability to create alignment between sales, marketing, and finance.
- Experience with clean, structured data and data visualization.
- Ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Experience working with commercial teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with the prop trading industry is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Monitor TrackNow performance, postbacks, attribution gaps, and commission discrepancies daily.
- Investigate tracking and attribution issues end-to-end.
- Quantify financial impact of detected issues and escalate to management.
- Maintain and reconcile commission data across systems like TrackNow, affiliate dashboards, and partner platforms.
- Maintain a case tracker with clear ownership, impact analysis, and resolution history.
- Drive cases to resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce firm-facing summaries of discrepancies and recommended solutions.
- Build visual explanations for partner reviews and provide data backup for negotiations.
