Requirements
- 10+ years experience in business development, fostering strategic partnerships, as well as a relative role within the Web3, Blockchain, or technology sectors.
- Strong presence as a public figure in the Web3/blockchain space, with experience representing a brand or ecosystem at major conferences, panels, and events.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term strategic plans, especially in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record in establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with key partners, including developers, stakeholders, and influencers in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Excellent collaborative skills with experience working across departments (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to execute strategic initiatives and drive collective success.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 space and true crypto-native.
- Connections with Ecosystem/VC funds and leading projects in the web3 space.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Arbitrum Foundation’s business development efforts and discover untapped growth opportunities.
- Appear on multiple stages each year and stand up for Arbitrum against the greatest minds in Web3 and Blockchain.
- Define our Foundation and Ecosystem strategy in collaboration with our Board of Directors and other internal stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem and Web2 enterprises exploring Web3.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Foundation to identify, prioritize and seize new opportunities.
- Recognise potential within the Arbitrum ecosystem and spotlight partner and community contributions.
