Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ecosystem development, business development, or growth roles within blockchain/Web3/tech.
- Proven track record of building and scaling developer ecosystems, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Strong experience in working with Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain solutions, Ethereum, or other decentralized technologies.
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic partnerships and negotiation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Data-driven approach to tracking and measuring growth metrics.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, Layer 2 technologies, and dApps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand and strengthen the Arbitrum ecosystem.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including developers, dApp creators, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to support partners.
- Work with engineering to ensure Arbitrum technology is integrated into dApps.
- Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecosystem growth.
- Oversee the management of ecosystem grants and funding programs.
- Lead key events such as hackathons, developer meetups, and Web3 conferences.
