Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing the full lifecycle of experimental research
- Proven track record of independently designing and executing multiple quantitative, applied social science projects
- Extensive knowledge of causal inference, survey methodology, and/or statistics
- Deep familiarity with Python or R
- Familiarity with SQL
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse external organizations
- Commitment to incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into everyday work
Responsibilities
- Executing quantitative, statistical, and experimental projects from beginning to end
- Managing project scoping and project management
- Designing research studies and surveys
- Implementing studies and conducting analysis
- Writing up results and presenting findings
- Maintaining strategic research partnerships and relationships
- Ensuring research translates into actionable programmatic recommendations
- Communicating findings to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Paying attention to underexplored topics with an equity lens
- Collaborating with the team on vision and research priorities
