Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience owning data-intensive or analytics products
- Taken a complex, multi-step manual workflow and shipped a product that meaningfully automated it
- Experience building products that involve data from multiple enterprise systems
- Demonstrated ability to own a product domain end-to-end
- Quantitative fluency and ability to evaluate model outputs
- Executive communication quality, including experience presenting to C-suite or board-level audiences
- Experience with prioritization under commercial pressure
Responsibilities
- Own a planning or operational workflow end-to-end: vision, customer discovery, roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial outcome.
- Define where AI stops and the human decision starts.
- Set the automation boundaries and design the human review experience.
- Build products that work with messy enterprise data from various sources.
- Design for the reality that clean data is the exception.
- Ship the first version within your first two quarters.
- Partner closely with the existing product team and design leaders.
