Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in utility-scale solar PV and energy storage or energy market analytics.
- Strong understanding of PV system design, tracking systems, bifacial modules, and dispatch optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Python, R, Excel, Power BI.
- Experience with PV monitoring platforms (e.g., AlsoEnergy, Power Factors) and solar modeling tools.
- Familiarity with energy storage control platforms (BMS, SCADA).
- Experience with project documents, EPC warranties, and long-term land leases.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, energy systems, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Monitor energy storage and PV plant performance against contractual obligations and energy yield projections.
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues with battery management systems, inverters, and PV components.
- Analyze operational data to identify underperformance and collaborate with O&M/LTSA providers.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and financial/operational reports for stakeholders.
- Manage revenue streams, dispatch optimization strategies, and wholesale market forecasting.
- Support contract management, compliance with interconnection/market rules, and warranty claim tracking.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting for operational expenses and capital improvements.
