Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role selling SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Experience breaking into enterprise accounts and engaging senior decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions
  • Proficiency in multi-threading and stakeholder mapping
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Skilled at uncovering customer challenges through questioning and active listening
  • Highly organized and methodical in managing outreach and follow-ups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads
  • Create account outreach plans in partnership with Account Executives and senior leadership counterparts
  • Proactively connect with prospects and schedule discovery calls
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in the CRM
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
