Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role selling SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
- Experience breaking into enterprise accounts and engaging senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions
- Proficiency in multi-threading and stakeholder mapping
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Skilled at uncovering customer challenges through questioning and active listening
- Highly organized and methodical in managing outreach and follow-ups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting
- Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads
- Create account outreach plans in partnership with Account Executives and senior leadership counterparts
- Proactively connect with prospects and schedule discovery calls
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in the CRM
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
