Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing accounting teams and client relationships
- Experience overseeing month-end close and outsourced accounting services
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for assigned client portfolios
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy and compliance
- Manage, coach, and evaluate Senior Accountants and Accounting Associates
- Serve as primary client contact for ongoing accounting needs and issue resolution
- Manage workflows, deadlines, and resource allocation across client engagements
- Support process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices
