Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or comparable enterprise transformation projects
- Strong experience in complex, multi-stream, international delivery environments
- Solid understanding of ERP delivery lifecycles
- Experience working with structured governance models and delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in RAID management
- Hands-on experience with DevOps or similar delivery/project tracking tools
- Strong ability to simplify complexity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (minimum 35%)
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day delivery of assigned Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
- Contribute to pre-sales, project mobilization, and budgeting
- Co-author Statements of Work (SOW)
- Build and maintain integrated project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined
- Drive testing and cutover readiness
- Maintain RAID management
- Run governance forums
- Communicate project status to customers and leadership
