Requirements
- Enterprise IT consulting experience.
- Strong technical foundation in endpoint management and VDI/application virtualization.
- Expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem (including endpoints).
- Proven PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
- Hands-on experience with Omnissa, Citrix, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Ability to speak French, German, Spanish, or Dutch.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 12-15 strategic enterprise accounts.
- Support onboarding, design, implementation, and configuration of ControlUp solutions.
- Deliver strategic guidance, workshops, and adoption best practices.
- Provide technical expertise to sales and presales teams.
- Develop technical collateral including architecture and solution guides.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio.
- Mentor customers on deployment and new use cases.
- Collaborate on internal technical projects and product feature development.
