Requirements

  • 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing.
  • Experience in lending or fintech (personal lending, credit cards, or mortgage).
  • Proven ownership of LTV or retention strategy.
  • Strong analytical and financial fluency in CAC, funnel conversion, and forecast modeling.
  • Deep expertise in journey design, automation workflows, and PIF/win-back programs.
  • Experience working with analysts on cohort, propensity, and uplift models.
  • Experience building eligibility/trigger layers with Credit or Risk teams.
  • Track record of rigorous experimentation (multivariate, holdouts).
  • Hands-on experience with modern lifecycle tooling (HubSpot, automation, multi-channel orchestration).
  • Ability to operate in a senior individual contributor capacity and lead future team scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Set post-funding lifecycle strategy from first payment through payoff and refinancing.
  • Execute next-best-offer strategies using behavioral signals and propensity models.
  • Manage LTV, repeat-borrow rates, and portfolio yield as P&L levers.
  • Build re-engagement and win-back programs for the payoff moment.
  • Operate lifecycle stack and implement AI for journey optimization.
  • Optimize lead scoring, qualification, and routing logic across partner products.
  • Perform rigorous experimentation and incrementality testing.
  • Drive operating cadence with budget pacing and LTV forecasting.
  • Coordinate with Communications, Product, and CX for servicing touch points.
  • Develop lifecycle team and manage external partners and AI agents.
