Requirements
- 4+ years building and shipping production software
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Deep understanding of system and API design, data modeling, and concurrency/async
- Experience designing and operating distributed or service-oriented systems
- Comfort designing schemas and working with relational databases
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs (orchestration, structured outputs)
- Ability to reason about testing and measuring probabilistic systems
- Experience writing tests, using types, and documentation
- High quality bar for code reviews and maintainability
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain services, data models, and APIs for the platform.
- Coordinate complex, multi-step interactions between AI agents and external systems.
- Design systems to grade agent outputs using deterministic and model-assisted judgment.
- Build pipelines to generate, transform, and quality-check structured data and benchmarks.
- Implement tests, instrumentation, and safeguards for non-deterministic AI systems.
