Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a recruiter for high-volume/mass hiring companies.
- B2 level of English proficiency.
- Ability to work with an 'Above the Line' mindset (Extreme Ownership).
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with job boards and ATS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and update comprehensive Candidate Avatars.
- Draft, review, and publish engaging Job Posts on various platforms.
- Execute proactive talent attraction and direct sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and dynamic candidate interviews.
- Manage and execute interview scheduling across U.S. time zones.
- Coordinate and schedule psychometric and behavioral assessments.
- Issue and follow up on technical tests and project assignments.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and ATS status updates.
- Execute general HR administrative tasks.
