  • 6+ years of experience in media strategy and/or media planning
  • Experience in a digital agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting B2B and/or ABM-driven media programs
  • Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, ABM platforms, programmatic/DSPs, and analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to connect media performance to business and revenue-oriented outcomes
  • Exceptional client communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort leading senior-level discussions
  • Strategic thinker with ability to balance big-picture planning with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end media strategy and planning for B2B and ABM engagements
  • Lead the development of account-based media strategies
  • Design omnichannel, journey-driven media plans supporting long sales cycles
  • Define integration of paid media with SEO, CRO, CRM, and sales enablement
  • Establish ABM-appropriate measurement frameworks including account engagement and funnel movement
  • Analyze performance via Looker Studio, Tableau, Adobe Analytics
  • Synthesize data into strategic narratives for stakeholders
  • Serve as trusted strategic advisor to client stakeholders
  • Support new business development through strategic input on proposals and pitches
