Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of instructional design experience, preferably within enterprise systems or software application training environments.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing consulting or project-based role.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and eLearning best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, WalkMe, or SAP Enable Now (SAP S/4 experience strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of enterprise business processes including finance, procurement, operations, supply chain, and HR.
  • Experience creating structured learning programs, simulations, and role-based training paths.
  • Strong project management and self-organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar and content standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including ILT, eLearning modules, system simulations, job aids, and coaching materials.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and define role-based learning strategies and learning paths.
  • Create training measurement frameworks to evaluate learner proficiency and program effectiveness.
  • Manage training development activities in collaboration with internal teams, SMEs, and client stakeholders.
  • Develop enterprise system training content supporting business processes such as finance, procurement, operations, supply chain, and HR.
  • Build scenario-based learning, exercises, and practice materials aligned with real-world use cases.
  • Support training delivery, including virtual and in-person facilitation when required.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and SME relationships to ensure accurate and effective learning outputs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning solutions and adoption strategies.
