Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in technical/infrastructure/AI/ML/cloud/enterprise software.
- Proven experience operating products at significant scale.
- Demonstrated ability to make product decisions prioritizing reliability, performance, and cost.
- Strong business judgment connecting product strategy to revenue and growth.
- Deep analytical capability including KPI definition and funnel analysis.
- Experience building business cases for product investments and market sizing.
- Strong customer discovery skills for uncovering pain points and opportunities.
- Ability to understand infrastructure concepts, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering and executive teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a multi-quarter product strategy for a high-impact area of Runpod’s AI infrastructure platform.
- Define the target market, customer segments, buyer personas, and ideal customer profile.
- Build business cases for major product investments, including ROI analysis.
- Develop and manage a KPI-driven roadmap with clear business objectives.
- Define, track, and report on key product and business metrics.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide product decisions and prioritize tradeoffs.
- Conduct frequent customer discovery with prospects, customers, and partners.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Infrastructure to deliver reliable platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with GTM teams on launch planning, positioning, and pricing.
- Communicate product strategy and roadmap progress to executives and stakeholders.
