Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights and clear financial storytelling.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to executive audiences.
- Experience in sales finance, public sector, or go-to-market organizations is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, or similar financial systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to Public Sector Sales leadership, delivering insights on financial performance, revenue trends, and key risks and opportunities.
- Own revenue forecasting processes, including MRR, usage, and one-time revenue streams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with pipeline and bookings data.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and performance tracking to explain financial results and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain sales and funnel analytics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, productivity metrics, and segment performance.
- Create executive-level reporting and dashboards that clearly communicate financial performance, trends, and business drivers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to align pricing, go-to-market strategies, and revenue realization.
- Support and contribute to team development and continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting standards.
