Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or revenue-focused client roles.
  • Proven experience advising customers on business or monetization strategy.
  • Deep practical understanding of the creator economy.
  • Commercial confidence with a focus on upsell and renewal.
  • High emotional intelligence and structured thinking abilities.
  • Experience designing and implementing success plans.
  • Proven ownership in high-touch client environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-led decisions.
  • Technical comfort discussing integrations, backend logic, and automations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 45 premium creators.
  • Guide creators through offer refinement, pricing, and launch strategy.
  • Execute and refine lifecycle playbooks to ensure creator growth.
  • Conduct structured business review sessions to monitor NRR and health scores.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities through strategic conversations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to share insights.
  • Document progress and revenue milestones for assigned creators.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Customer Success processes at the company.
