Requirements
- 6+ years of experience solving complex problems through product design, including 0 to 1 or early-stage experience.
- Experience designing for health, wellness, behavior change, or other complex human-centered domains.
- Deep commitment to human-centered design, grounding decisions in user research.
- Experience designing and shipping high-quality digital products on mobile (iOS and Android).
- Strong product thinking, with the ability to frame ambiguous problems.
- High craft in interaction and visual design.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Experience designing AI-powered products.
- Experience using AI design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design human-centered experiences that help people make meaningful, lasting changes to their health.
- Take on 0 to 1 problems, turning undefined spaces into clear concepts, prototypes, and shipped experiences.
- Frame and define the right problems to solve, identifying opportunities across the member and care team experience.
- Drive the design process end-to-end, from concept through validation, prototyping, and final execution, in fast, iterative cycles.
- Use rapid prototyping to explore ideas, test hypotheses, and make concepts tangible for the team.
- Deliver consumer-grade experiences across mobile (iOS and Android), with strong visual, interaction, and systems thinking.
- Partner with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams to shape strategy and drive aligned decisions.
- Design and ship human-centered AI experiences.
