Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering multiple multi-phase software implementation projects ($400k-$1M+).
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall principles.
- Experience in a professional services environment (e.g., consulting firm, agency).
- Skilled in managing multiple simultaneous engagements with delivery teams of 2-4+ FTEs.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain delivery roadmaps and project schedules.
- Lead and oversee project execution using established processes.
- Negotiate and manage project scope and resource requirements.
- Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, POs, and invoices.
- Plan and manage all internal and external project communications.
- Identify, review, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Advocate for client business needs and goals to the internal team.
- Proactively identify and flag account expansion opportunities to leadership.
