Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in JavaScript, Angular, RxJS, CSS, Micro-frontends, Nx, WebRT.
- Strong proficiency in design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices (Spring Boot).
- Solid experience with object-orientated design, design patterns, and software architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Familiarity with data centre terminology.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
- Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
- Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilising project methods and tools.
- Proficiently gather requirements and organise/present developed features for clients.
- Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.
- Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.
- Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality.
- Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems.
