Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Architecture, Field Engineering).
- 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Experience in cloud-based Lakehouse architectures.
- Proven track record in accelerating workloads to production on cloud-native platforms.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, or Scala.
- Deep understanding of distributed data systems.
- Expertise in Data and AI domains (Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL, Streaming, or ML/AI).
- Experience with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong communication and executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of DSAs.
- Accelerate customer path to production by minimizing friction and streamlining onboarding.
- Maintain technical excellence in Data and AI architecture.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Product Engineering to accelerate adoption.
- Establish operational mechanisms for tracking, forecasting, and customer health.
- Serve as technical sponsor for DNB accounts.
- Drive initiatives for consistency and scalability across the DSA organization.
