Requirements
- Tech sales experience with track record of full sales cycle management.
- Hunter's mindset with demonstrated outbound pipeline generation.
- Channel sales experience (distributors, VARs, strategic partners).
- Strong relationship-building and executive presence.
- Coachability and self-awareness.
- Team orientation and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to sell across various LATAM cultures and buying styles.
- Disciplined CRM use and forecast hygiene.
- Curiosity and ability to use AI sales tools (Gong, Momentum, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, Claude).
Responsibilities
- Own your territory like a founder.
- Build self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and partner introductions.
- Build joint plans with distributors, VARs, and strategic partners.
- Lead discovery calls, coordinate demos, navigate negotiation, and close deals.
- Build durable relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Engage executive and technical buyers such as CIOs and infrastructure leaders.
- Collaborate with SEs, channel managers, marketing, and leadership.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
