Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 12 months in pediatric practice in an outpatient setting

Requirements

Minimum of 12 months in pediatric practice in an outpatient setting (pediatric or family nurse practitioner).
Experience in behavioral neurology, Neurodevelopmental Medicine, or pediatric behavior disorders.
Proficiency in ADIR/ADOS diagnostic evaluation.
Telemedicine skillset, including EMR and virtual wait room experience.
Current and unrestricted license and/or certification to practice.
Ability to obtain cross-state licensure.
Knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Be the first to welcome new families into our model with a telehealth visit.
Share the overall model that we use and help families access developmental and behavioral services that are right for their child.
Gather information about neurodevelopmental challenges, conducting needed telehealth-based diagnostic assessments and screenings.
Complete thorough patient intakes, screenings, and assessments.
Triage referrals for acute needs to other members of the Cortica team.
Complete clinical documentation using the EMR system.
