Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, change management, or advisory services.
  • 10+ years of experience engaging with senior-level leaders across multiple industries.
  • Experience selling multi-year professional service engagements (€200k to €1,000k).
  • Track record of quota attainment in sales or business development.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new clients for organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop account growth strategies positioning the Prosci brand.
  • Establish relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers.
  • Collaborate on annual account reviews and change management strategy.
  • Represent the organization in marketing, sales meetings, and events.
  • Drive business development metrics, deal growth, and service plan adoption.
  • Manage client acquisition process from scoping to closing contracts.
  • Leverage Value-Based Selling techniques for business impact.
