Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, change management, or advisory services.
- 10+ years of experience engaging with senior-level leaders across multiple industries.
- Experience selling multi-year professional service engagements (€200k to €1,000k).
- Track record of quota attainment in sales or business development.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
- Fluent in French & English.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients for organizational change initiatives.
- Develop account growth strategies positioning the Prosci brand.
- Establish relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers.
- Collaborate on annual account reviews and change management strategy.
- Represent the organization in marketing, sales meetings, and events.
- Drive business development metrics, deal growth, and service plan adoption.
- Manage client acquisition process from scoping to closing contracts.
- Leverage Value-Based Selling techniques for business impact.
