Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
- Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Ability to process 250 events per hour.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Proficiency in video reviewing and editing.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Reliable high-speed internet (min 10 Mbps).
- Hardware requirement: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Catalina/later.
- Ability to perform repetitive work.
Responsibilities
- Review high volume of online video events to determine traffic law violations.
- Ensure all events are processed with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed video reviewer metrics and KPIs.
- Interpret and apply differing school bus laws across jurisdictions.
- Assist the Reviewer Team Lead with goals and team projects.
- Collaborate with the team and provide positive feedback.
- Maintain transparency and multi-cultural sensitivity.
