Requirements
- 6+ years leading projects with multiple stakeholders and integrated systems
- 6+ years managing enterprise content management solution initiatives
- 6+ years managing projects with state budget and expense tracking requirements
- 3+ years working with state agencies or public sector organizations (preferred)
- 3+ years applying Agile or Scrum methodologies (preferred)
- 3+ years with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging (preferred)
- PMP or Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) credentials (preferred)
- Experience drafting, managing, and monitoring contracts and related costs
Responsibilities
- Guide the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex integrations
- Manage enterprise content management solution projects from concept through completion
- Work closely with senior leadership and project teams to align priorities and ensure smooth execution
- Utilize Agile practices to manage project schedules, deliverables, and team workflows
- Oversee upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance for Alfresco systems and related components
- Prepare clear project documentation, reports, and contract-related materials while tracking budgets
- Foster open, effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups
- Remain available to support project needs outside regular working hours when necessary
