Requirements
- 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
- 3+ years of expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
- Fluency with relational databases and SQL.
- Proven track record of shipping production systems with high uptime and low maintenance burdens.
- Deep understanding of API design, versioning, and modern authentication patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in remote, asynchronous environments.
- A strong "MVP mindset"—the ability to scope milestones, learn from deployments, and iterate quickly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of features across the full stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js, and REST APIs).
- Work closely with product, design, operations, and finance teams to gather requirements, prototype rapidly, and ship production-ready code.
- Maintain and scale reliable backend systems using Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Collaborate directly with external partners and customers on technical integrations and iterative feature development.
- Uphold high standards for clean code, automated testing, and comprehensive API documentation.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of a feature, from the initial prototype through launch, monitoring, and future iterations.
