Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the Java platform.
- Experience with Spring, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Understanding of SOA and Microservices Architecture.
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns, and REST APIs (RAML/OpenAPI).
- Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns and Frameworks.
- Operational knowledge of application servers, databases, and load balancers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in financial services/banking preferred.
- Experience with Docker, VMWare, or HyperV preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ascertain that envisaged solutions become reality.
- Conduct deep-dive technical workshops and board-level sales presentations.
- Define technical architecture documentation.
- Collaborate with QA lead to define test strategies.
- Lead DevOps team in defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure implementations meet non-functional requirements: security, deployment, performance, caching, sizing, scalability, and serviceability.
- Provide guidance and oversight to the development team.
- Travel significant amount of time for on-site inception, training, and workshops.
