Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing environment
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts in UI and web services / API
- 5+ years of experience working with automated test frameworks and test runners
- 3+ years of experience with Java and developing Junits
- 3+ years of experience with test case management and test case management tools
- 3+ years of experience utilizing risk-based testing techniques
- 2+ years of experience with defect management and using defect management tools
- 2+ years of experience managing test environments and test data
- 1 year of experience using SQL or other query methods
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members
Responsibilities
- Monitor application performance during performance tests and production usage.
- Isolate fault domains and dive into application code to identify root causes.
- Monitor resource usage for physical servers, application servers, and databases.
- Drive optimization changes in the production environment.
- Collaborate with development leads to review and refine application NFRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Create acceptance criteria and performance budgets.
- Interact with project teams, operations, and infrastructure to remediate performance issues.
- Develop shift-left performance practices.
- Execute performance tests in CI/CD pipelines.
