Requirements
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with Aternity, Lakeside Systrack, Nexthink, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
- Understanding of application architecture frameworks and messaging components
- Programming skills in PowerShell, Python, C++, Golang, or Rust
- Familiarity with SQL and XML
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker)
- Understanding of web technologies (Java Servlets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, REST)
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in achieving full adoption and utilization of Aternity solutions to maximize ROI.
- Provide specialized planning and design expertise in digital experience monitoring and application performance troubleshooting.
- Collect end user and application performance information for analysis.
- Develop scripts for Aternity products for metric collection and remediation.
- Configure measurements for end-user activities and backend application transactions.
- Present advanced product features and benefits to customers.
- Troubleshoot performance issues for Windows and UNIX based platforms.
- Serve as an expert in cloud migration and application delivery.
