Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan and execute travel sales including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and tickets/events
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Work well in a group/team setting
- Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
- Collect and enter data into software and maintain client files
- Complete required certification within a timely manner
- Complete ongoing training with the company and travel partners
