Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to e-commerce email inboxes
- Proactively troubleshoot issues using available resources
- Maintain and update systems (Shopify, Liftoff) for accurate data
- Coordinate with clients to resolve customer service issues
- Support administrative tasks and process manual orders
- Collaborate with internal teams on production and fulfillment
