Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and appointment coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare, format, and organize business documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and stakeholders.
  • Accurately input and maintain data, generate reports, and compile research.
  • Assist with task delegation, follow-ups, and workflow management.
  • Provide ad hoc support including travel arrangements, social media coordination, and light bookkeeping.
