Requirements
- Impeccable English communication skills.
- Proven project management experience in parallel software development settings.
- Experience managing remote teams including overseas personnel.
- Proficiency with JIRA and project management software.
- Expertise in SCRUM/agile methodologies.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation (FRDs, SOWs, SLAs, RFQs).
- Understanding of modern technical frameworks (PHP, MySQL, Django, Java, Swift, MERN, MEAN, Xamarin, Unity).
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple software development projects in parallel.
- Manage remote teams including overseas personnel.
- Staff developers and designers as best fit for client projects.
- Minimize developer idle hours by allocating staff to billable or in-house projects.
- Utilize JIRA and other project management tools.
- Implement SCRUM/agile methodologies and gather requirements.
- Manage standard documentation like FRDs, SOWs, SLAs, and RFQs.
- Handle client communications and assist sales with scope creep discussions.
