Experience in an AMS or support environment
Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and logistics processes
Fluent German (C1 level)
Good communication skills in English
Knowledge of ITIL
Experience with S/4HANA

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP MM modules (procurement, inventory, material master, logistics).
Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-module teams (SD, FI/CO, PP, QM) to ensure end-to-end integration.
Support system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
