Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies targeting the USA market.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, and Skrapp.
- Ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily using mostly free tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Conduct deep market research to identify potential clients across the USA in the IT services and software consultancy domain.
- Extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including company name, contact person details, verified email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and Skrapp.
- Organize and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ensure all data collection is GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant.
