Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer and agent inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and service.
- Resolve questions and service issues requiring an active insurance license.
- Educate customers on policy options and required documentation.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining engagement.
- Document interactions thoroughly in CRM tools.
