Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer and agent inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and service.
  • Resolve questions and service issues requiring an active insurance license.
  • Educate customers on policy options and required documentation.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining engagement.
  • Document interactions thoroughly in CRM tools.
