Requirements
- Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, retail, or consultative).
- Proven sales skills with ability to influence and close.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing CRM and quoting systems.
- High-speed internet (10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download minimum).
- No wireless, hotspot, or satellite internet connections.
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies.
- Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and service.
- Resolve customer service issues requiring a valid insurance license.
- Educate customers on policy options and documentation.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Navigate multiple systems and CRM tools simultaneously.
- Document all customer interactions for accuracy and continuity.
