Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Experience in an international SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build relationships with operational and mid-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Native-level or business-fluent German and English (C1/C2)
- Strong track record in leveraging data and KPI-driven management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership
- Willingness to travel across DACH and occasionally beyond
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customers within the DACH/Europe region
- Design and iterate digital SMB customer journey experiences
- Design and implement scalable Customer Success processes and playbooks
- Guide customers on product adoption for ERP Fitness, Leisure, and Payments modules
- Create and track strategic success plans and value milestones
- Proactively monitor churn risk and implement mitigation strategies
- Identify and close expansion and up-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap
- Manage and report on KPIs like health scores, NPS, and churn forecasts
