Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
  • Experience in an international SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships with operational and mid-level decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Native-level or business-fluent German and English (C1/C2)
  • Strong track record in leveraging data and KPI-driven management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership
  • Willingness to travel across DACH and occasionally beyond

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of customers within the DACH/Europe region
  • Design and iterate digital SMB customer journey experiences
  • Design and implement scalable Customer Success processes and playbooks
  • Guide customers on product adoption for ERP Fitness, Leisure, and Payments modules
  • Create and track strategic success plans and value milestones
  • Proactively monitor churn risk and implement mitigation strategies
  • Identify and close expansion and up-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap
  • Manage and report on KPIs like health scores, NPS, and churn forecasts
