Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Security Domain
- End-to-end implementation of IAM solutions using Oracle Identity and Access Management
- Experience in upgrading OIM from 11gR2ps2 to 11gR2 s3, 11gR2 ps3 to 12c
- Experience with Install, Deploy, Configure Oracle products (Web Logic, RCU, SOA, OIM, OAM, OID, OIF, ODSEE)
- Hands-on experience developing applications using OIM API with Java
- Familiarity with LDAP synchronization, UDF, role-based access policy, and OOTB connectors
- Good communication skills and client interaction capability
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day meetings with client and other stakeholders
- Involve in process and management activities
- Develop OIM customizations such as Schedule Jobs, Event Handlers, Plugins, and Approval Workflows
- Interface with other vendors and system owners
- Provide coordination support and guidance for IAM projects
- Adopt, enforce, and ensure Change Management process within the projects
