Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in operational campaign management in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Proven track-record of steering performance marketing in e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with GMC and other feed management tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Ability to navigate complex datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with structured A/B testing approach.
  • High degree of accountability and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale SEA channels ensuring growth through campaign execution, optimization, and strategy.
  • Contribute to new market launches including feed setup and translation workflows.
  • Analyze performance across platform data, internal BI, market trends, and attribution models.
  • Ensure operational excellence via quality checks, debugging, and maintaining a stable SEA ecosystem.
  • Champion automation and experimentation using scripts, rules, and bid strategies.
  • Present performance insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Deep-dive into search intent and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creation, analytics, and supply teams.
