Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 10 years of finance experience in free cash flow, treasury, FP&A, working capital, or controllership.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and influencing senior leaders.
- Experience applying analytical and financial modeling to business decision-making.
- Experience in global, regulated, or manufacturing-intensive environments (MedTech, Life Sciences, Industrial).
- Experience using enterprise financial and planning systems such as SAP, Anaplan, or Hyperion.
- Experience supporting transformation or ERP/finance modernization initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance drivers and tax-related considerations.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise free cash flow forecast, outlooks, and long-range planning.
- Drive enterprise working capital performance across inventory, receivables, and payables.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate capital investments and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Tax department on annual effective tax rate forecasting and tax strategies.
- Build and enhance driver-based cash flow models linked to operational plans.
- Serve as trusted advisor to the CFO and senior executives on cash performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing offshore team.
- Ensure SOX compliance related to cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures.
